What if's

What if? What do you think? This is what I've been hearing all night. Is it good timing? What mistakes have I made or have I made bad decisions. My hubby has asked me hear questions all night how can I answer them. We are discussing the actions and possiblities of moving but what cost do we move? Wish my hubby would have listened to me in the first place but these questions he has been asking I can't help but say I told you so. As life goes on stress levels become higher but with age comes wisdom I hope my wisdom can out match my stress in times like these.

Why I married my best friend!

There are many reasons why I first dated the man I am now married too. He has a handful or two of great qualities that I love about him. First of all he's super cute. He was an offensive lineman in college playing football. You would think a guy like him would be mean and loud but he is the opposite he's a big teddy bear. Back when we first met he was quite and reserved. I was more on the outgoing, wild side when we first met. My friends used to wonder why I was with him!!?? I guess the old story goes opposites attract. My hubby can be the compassionate, love-able, wonderful man I have grown to love. He has been their for me in time of need and I have done the same for him. He is a lot of the time realistic side of our marriage and I am the emotional side. We've been married for a year and 5 months and I could have asked for better! Love you Hubby!

Never satisfied

I always find myself to never being satisfied with what I'm doing and where I am in life. The never ending chase for happiness it feels like. What does it mean to be happy?

Christmas time

It's that time of year ... Shopping, visiting and being merry lol. It's hard when your family is in another country and your trying to save for moving to enjoy the season. I'm having a hard time being merry my father isn't well and we are budgeting to move this summer; feels like the days are going by. I need to make each day count instead of counting my days! That was great advice from my hubby that I now think about every day. I caught myself crying today telling my mom that I might not being coming home for Christmas. Hard thing to do these days but if I want to move I can afford to travel. Married life!! I've been told its to early to be stressed I don't even have kids! I can even think about kids right now. Crazy how life rolls!

Trying to move...

My hubby and I are trying to prepare the house to move this summer. We need to get jobs at the new location and then we can prepare the house to be sold this summer. It's going to be a crazy year but if my prayers will be answered the hubby and I will be moved and both with new jobs! Can't wait for the change.

No football and no soccer= gym and dinner at home

Finally the time of year my hubby is done football coaching and I'm done soccer coaching. It's a good feeling when you can go straight to the gym after work come home and make a home cooked meal from scratch. Not to often in my married like I can do that. I'm cooking chicken in the oven with pasta salad and veggies. Hope it all turns out well for the first big meal on a work day. So far this week has been a good one. Two and half weeks till Christmas vacation! Count down is on ....

What it's like to be married to a twin

When your dating a twin there is times you wonder are you dating two people or one? I have been with my hubby for over 6 years and the beginning was him and I. Then it became his twin brother hubby and I. Over the years I have gained a husband and a friend. But is there not a time when the twins should be separated and not glued together once they start lives with their wives lol. As the years go on it gets more and more that I want it to me just him and I. We have decided toove closer to one of our families looks like it will be my hubby's family in sc. But just as my hubby and I chat about moving his twin does too. What would you do or say in this situation? Advice needed ....

Frustrated

This morning I got up with my brother visiting and my aunt in law it has been interesting. I get frustrated with my hubby when he doesn't see things like I do. Why is it that men don't se things like women do? Or why is it that we care that much more then men? I just don't know what to say to get him to understand how sometimes I feel. Advice needed ...

Happy thanksgiving

Picked up my brother from the airport and he ate his first southern thanksgiving. He even enjoyed the sweet tea. All is well keep you posted on the black Fridays events.

Visiting family

With thanksgiving this weekend there is a lot of family coming in town. Some are my hubby's family and my brother is coming. It should be interesting to say the least. I'll be sure to keep you all posted. This is one of many joys in marriage when your family grows. We also will be celebrating the birth of my nephew. Keep you all posted.

Marry your best friend and his family

Why is it that in laws affect your marriage so much if it's your mother in law or your sister in law. A relationship cannot just be between two people in love but many more that are involved. I feel that I take to heart what others do or don't do. Any advice to change that? Or is it something I just have to take because I married into it? Never really think of these things before head as your so in love with the man of your dreams.

Women and our bodies

Why is it that my hubby loves my body more then I do? After a conversation with some girlfriend I realized I wasn't the only one wishing I had something done to enhance my body. The funny thing is that my hubby loves my body the way it is. Are most women searching for perfection when their already perfect in the eyes of the one they love ? My hubby could tell me a million times i'm beautiful but it never sinks in. This is a common conversation my hubby and I have now as a married couple.
