Starting the new year with a healthier me!!!

I've spent a lot of my years make sure everyone around me is doing ok and Now it's time for me. This new year I'm starting back to making the cut with Jillian micheals hoping to get back in shape. I kinda let myself go once I got married. Any advice for couples who have different eatin preferences but like to eat together and don't have a lot of time. My hubby and I have been doing 5 am work outs and attempting to eat better but it's easier for me then it is my hubby who used to be an offensive linemen in college football. We need to get back to us and how being healthy makes us feel. We already have a lot more energy to get things done and earlier in the day. Let's pray and hope we can keep it going for the future.
